Aloo Gravy
Ingredients
- - 7-8 :Boiled potatoes
- - 3 big, chopped :Tomatoes
- - 3-4 chopped :Green chillies
- - 10 leaves : Kari patta
- - ½ tsp :Mustard seeds
- - 1 pinch :Heing
- - Chopped Coriander leaves
- - 1 tsp :Ginger grated
- - ¼ tsp :Methi seeds
- - 2 :Whole red chillied
Method
- - Heat little oil in a karahi, put mustard seeds. After the splitting sound add kari patta and whole red chillies.
- - Add tomatoes and ginger. Cook till it is tender. Add 3 cups of water and bring it to boil.
- - Add salt, haldi powder, green chillies, heing and boiled potatoes cut into small pieces.
- - Cook for 10 min on low flame.
- - Add coriander leaves.
- - Serve hot with Puries.
