Aloo Gravy

Ingredients

  • - 7-8 :Boiled potatoes
  • - 3 big, chopped :Tomatoes
  • - 3-4 chopped :Green chillies
  • - 10 leaves : Kari patta
  • - ½ tsp :Mustard seeds
  • - 1 pinch :Heing
  • - Chopped Coriander leaves
  • - 1 tsp :Ginger grated
  • - ¼ tsp :Methi seeds
  • - 2 :Whole red chillied

Method

  • - Heat little oil in a karahi, put mustard seeds. After the splitting sound add kari patta and whole red chillies.
  • - Add tomatoes and ginger. Cook till it is tender. Add 3 cups of water and bring it to boil.
  • - Add salt, haldi powder, green chillies, heing and boiled potatoes cut into small pieces.
  • - Cook for 10 min on low flame.
  • - Add coriander leaves.
  • - Serve hot with Puries.
