Butter Naan
Ingredients
- - 3-4 cup: Maida
- - 1 tsp: Baking powder
- - 1 tsp: Salt
- - 2 tsp: Butter
- - 1 cup: Milk
- - Water as per need
- - 2 tbsp: Oil
- - 2 tsp: Sugar
- - 2 tsp: Curd
Method
- - Mix together baking powder and salt to the maida.
- - Mix together milk, sugar, curd and make dough using little water as per requirement.
- - Apply little oil on the dough and cover the dough with wet cloth and leave for 1 hour.
- - After one hour, make a small round of dough, flatten it and apply some oil on it. Cut the chapatti in 6 parts and put all the parts on top of each other. Now roll it again and roast it on non sticky tava. Apply butter and cut it into two parts before serving.
