For suran (ole) chutney
Ingredients
- - 1 can: Suran (ole)
- - 3 tbsp or more: Mustard oil
- - 1 tsp: Turmeric powder
- - 1 tsp: Mangrella
- - 1½ tsp: Ajwain
- - 1 tsp: Lemon juice
- - Salt to taste
- - Chopped and Mixed
- - ½ cup: White radish (mooli)
- - Garlic
- - Ginger
- - Green chili
Method
- - Drain and rinse suran (ole) with fresh water then squeeze out all the liquid and mash in a bowl.
- - Add all the ingredients from oil to salt and chopped mix.
- - Mix well and serve with pittha.
