Nutrela Chavli Ghugra
Ingredients
For Stuffing
- - 1 cup: Nutrela boiled granules
- - 250 gm: Green Chavli(chopped)
- - 1 tsp: Oil
- - 1 tsp: Garam Masala
- - 1 tsp: Amchur powder
- - -5: Chopped green chilli
- - 1/2 cup: Fresh Desiccated coconut powder
- - Salt to taste
- - Oil for deep frying
For Cover
- - 250 gm: Maida
- - 2 tsp: Oil
- - 1 cup: Water
- - Salt to taste
Method
For Stuffing
- - Heat oil in a pan. Add chavli. Cook for 2 minutes.
- - Then add the remaining ingredients cover and cook for 2 minutes.
For Cover
- - Mix the ingredients and make dough.
- - Press dough into Puri Shape.
- - Fill stuffing into the pressed puri,make into ghugra Shape.
- - Deep-fry the ghugras.
- - Serve hot with sauce and chutney.
