Vermicelli Kheer
Ingredients
- - Roasted Vermacili : 1 Cup
- - Milk : 1.5 ltr
- - Cardamom Powder : ½ Tsp
- - Saffron : ½ Tsp
- - Dry fruit & Raisins for garnishing
Method
- - Boil the milk in a wide pan.
- - Add the roasted Vermicelli into it and add the sugar according to your taste.
- - Let the Vermicelli boil till they become thick.
- - Mix Saffron in one tsp of water now add this Saffron fluid with cardamom into the in the thick Vermicelli and milk mixture.
- - Add soaked almonds and raisins to the vermicelli for garnishing.
