Vermicelli Kheer

Ingredients

  • - Roasted Vermacili : 1 Cup
  • - Milk : 1.5 ltr
  • - Cardamom Powder : ½ Tsp
  • - Saffron : ½ Tsp
  • - Dry fruit & Raisins for garnishing

Method

  • - Boil the milk in a wide pan.
  • - Add the roasted Vermicelli into it and add the sugar according to your taste.
  • - Let the Vermicelli boil till they become thick.
  • - Mix Saffron in one tsp of water now add this Saffron fluid with cardamom into the in the thick Vermicelli and milk mixture.
  • - Add soaked almonds and raisins to the vermicelli for garnishing.
